Bloody hell Slash, I don't wonder you've got muscles like knots in cotton!
You forgot the kitchen sink!
I used to have a massive home-made tackle box and if it wasn't in it, it hadn't been made.
Now, I have a small-ish box and take:
6 5oz leads
Small "bits" box with hooks, swivels and beads
Bait board
Filleting knife
2 baiting needles
Spare spool 60lb line
Spare spool 15lb Amnesia
2 rig wallets
2 "Knotless2 booms
..........and bait and flask and sarnies. I pull it on a trolley, 'cos it's still too heavy!

See a lot of strange birds by the sea-especially in Southend!

Box at the moment:

Reels, spare spools where necessary, spare shock leader (greased weasel), spare line, spare 25lb clear amnesia, box with approx 25 assorted rigs, fillet knife, swiss army knife, hunting knife, pliers (long nose 2 pairs), long surgical forceps (removal of hooks from big mouths with big teeth (and thats just the locals)), fish identifier (was that one any good Viffer?) assorted leads, rig making bits in small boxes, baiting needles, baiting towel, headtorch, gas lamp and spares, stove (if long session), tip lights, elastic, whipping thread, camera, scaffold shock cords and a couple of screwdrivers. Think thats it. Do you think thats enough?lol

You know, looking back over this, it reads like Jack the Rippers toolkit!

These days, the rare ones would be stalking you, possibly with a view to relieving you of your wallet, watch, life etc!

Oh, I forgot that I generally keep a selection of rappala lures on show in the rig box to make me look better that I really am! (Think furry dice for your tackle box)

Hooks, line, swivels and weights, then again who needs a box when you can put that all in your pocket, and still catch fish happy
