i think you may find that as the spinner twists in the water the hooks above it will get tangled up in your main line

Remedy for that problem use a double series swivel link

The bottom needs to be very clean because as soon as that spinner hits a rock or little pocket of weed it could snag. I suggest you put a weak link of line between spinner and hook, especially if you are using it in an estuary, where there could be small patches of rock, mussels, rubbish embedded in the bottom etc.

I would suggest 2 swivels between the feathers and the spinner so as to avoid line twist.
One swivel at the end of the feathers then a short line length to the next swivel then the spinner.
