I fished on Saturday at Oxwich with my partner and blanked.
Fished 2 hours before high tide and 2 hours after
Tried floats, spinng ,3 hook flappers ,2 hook flappers but no luck
Used mackeral ,lug ,rag and squid even tried left over chicken from the barbeque but no luck
What are we doing wrong ?
I gave up and went to the Pub instead which was a better result |

lol...nearly 450 views...shocking
No mate, didn't eat it. I'm not a fish eater myself I just do this for sport. Don't know the size limits for gurnard either so was released to live and fight another day. Didn't even look big enough for a little snack ..no suprise there though with the record being IIRC 1lb 6oz
Found out since there are tub,red and GREY gurnard
