Hi all
going down 2 burnham-on-sea in a week or so coming from wales can any1 tel wot it like 4 fishing down there ? wot they catching ? and the best bait 2 use ? and any good bait shops ? I would b grateful 4 any info thanks kiss

Hello mate I just come back from that area, you will get thornback rays and conger (80lb mono/wire traces needed)
Burnham is a very muddy place to fish and you will have to chase the tide out and run away from it as it comes in so travel light this might sound mad but if you have kids snow sledge then put your kit on this and then its easier to move it with the tide.

**Be carefull as when the water comes in you can be cut off**
Keep checking behind you on regular basis.!!!!

Baits I would suggest are Mackerell and squid (big baits) the water if you don't already know is like coffee so bait is not seen by the fish its smelt!!!!
I am no where near an expert on the channel but I hope this helps you a little mate.
