ok i put beads and attractor blades on all my rigs i have done for a few weeks i mainly use 1 or 1/0 aberdeen hooks. i have purchased some pre made rigs for flatties to see if they do me any good its worth a go its annoying not been able to catch them.

also is a 5 oz lead to heavy should i use a 3 or 4 ? thanks for the help mate. |

sometimes shop bought rigs do not have a long enough snood, personally i use 3 ft snoods, this keeps the bait well away from the sinker, so not spooking the fish, i normally only put 1 worm on and a piece of macky about 1 cm square if i got no peeler.Are the beads you are using luminous, if not there is no attraction, if they are luminous they do have to be charged for a few seconds (shine a torch or headlamp beam on them) |

a was only using coloured beads not luminus so il get some luminous beads and give it ago mate
