gower this weekend

well on my way to wales this weeekend and i have permition to go fishing!
anyone know where's fishing well for flatties. had sab off caswell before now, but thought i'd see what was going on. any tips would be greatfull recieved (exept lougher, after my last adventure. the boss doesn't want me to come back that muddy!) devil

well went to knab rock last night, dispite the wind. quite a few others there.
managed to catch a small whiting and a nice doggie.
might go off caswell round low tide this afternoon
