Hi folks, i'm new to this site so wanted to say hello to all. I'm also quite new to sea fishing (off the shore). I have a few questions for any one who fishes Lytham. Firstly, what do you find are the best times to fish, e.g. low, high, day noght etc.
What seems to be the best bait and what rig, also, what points seem to fish best?
I'm off to Bispham shortly, see if there are any Bass about!
Thanks for any help
loads of great places around here to fish ,i do fish fairhaven at the carpark a lot and low water , low water not advisable until u no what ur doing out there matey , st. annes on a smaller tide if u walk out an fish the gully's , the wall from starr gate up to cleveley's and the beach at fleetwood matey , rigs i've found work are simple 2 hook flappers and a pennel pully rig for a bit of distance , baits are blacklug ,lug ,squid ,makerel and peeler fresh or frozen
best tides at bispham are a medium size tide around 28ft and either around dusk or night ,daytime does produce but not as well
