Cabrat I been fishing 50 years on and of and still learning each time I go out with other anglers, we all bluster about how to catch what, where, when and with what bait, the fact is however good you are (or think you are) you need a fair bit of being in the right place at the right time (luck).
As long as you enjoy it you keep at it and you have frozentoes to consol you when things are bad
As for putting yourself forward on the site, I 4one enjoy your blogs they gee us all up a little bit, you keep it up.
Just to encourage you a bit see my PB for 2009 below

Hi ya all
I'm sure everyone had a good day on Sunday, I know Dave did. We know he didnt catch anything but as he said he learnt loads, which he is now trying to show/tell me.
I am trying to take it all in for when we go on holiday in just over 2 weeks time.
I have done the crying on the shoulder bit - no he wasnt that bad.
Thanks for keeping him out all day - I had a lovely day watching TV and drinking wine.

I didn't mean it like that - although I must admit it was a very 'chilled' day.
Typical of a Liverpool supporter - always seeing things the wrong way, like they think they gona win the league.
Dave is very understanding hubby Didnt bat an eye lid when he came home and I was bit sloshed |

First boat trip.
The most important thing was I wasn't sick.
I was more worried about being ill all day and putting some of the guys off there fishing than anything.
Now i know I can fish all day from a boat I will be able to go on more boat trips and gain more experience. <P
Enough of times gone by looking forward to weeks fishing in South Devon then on the 29th with she who must be obeyed LOL.
THEN:-
Cap't Cabrat will lead boat 2 to victory
(No pressure guys LOL)
Bring it On !!!!!!!!! |
