The competition against the White Rose crowd will take place in the middle of Feb. Please pm me with suggestions for the venue but remember it has to be near a motorway to make it easy for our opponents to find us.
My suggestion would be Gynn Wall @ Blacxkpool. Cheers keith |

Yes I'm with Frank on this one. I don't shore fish, I reside in an area of the country that was once listed as Yorkshire and is now designated as Lancashire. I am totally unbiased! If you wish to add some recorders to monitor catches etc I would be more than happy to assist Frank in that role. Crossy has agreed to add his assistance too. A quick text message with fishing station number would allow small fish to be recorded for your competition but permit live return. Just a suggestion. George. |

Hi Keith, please let me know what day you're planning on fishing as I would love to come along. (If it's a week day). |

Just recieved pm from tomcat reads as follows;
It's some years since I shore fished Keith.I have however, fished a couple of matches from Greenod. The opposite side of the river to Arnside. Fishes really well for Flounder most year round. Easily located from the M6, there is a large car park area with a toilet block. The fishing areas are all a very short strole from the parking area. There is a little chef just before the location which serves as a good meeting point for attendees. A bit further to travel but more reliable for catches. Rag,lug and fish strip are the killing baits.
Anyone willing to try this venue or knows anything about it. Your views please. Cheers keith
PS problem is distance for the Northeast coast lads. |

Sorry to harp on about venue but we need toilets, cafe and parking so what are the members sugestions about Fleetwood where Fishing with Frank had his last trip before his opp as it has all three.
RCA could put a map on of the area and also supply sat nav co-ordinations of the venue.
Your imput required please lads
