Hello All,
My son has been badgering me to get out fishing.. Haven't been out for a few years.. hoping to get off to a good start with him, looking for Mackeral and then maybe some other variation (fat chance I know!)..
Years back I used to get down to Dengemarsh for dover sole, low tide best as I recall, anything doing these days.?
Deal Pier - what's the situ there - used to be pay on the front of the pier - is it same scoop? - what's coming out there and what baits?
How about Mackeral? - Used to get down to Newhaven off the breakwater - is that still available..
I see high tide mid-afternoon, anywhere good at low tide ? I fancy an early start Sunday morning...
Cheers Nick, and tight lines as we used to say when I was a lad... |
