hullo flattie maybe a petition in all the tackle shops across the country would work as all fishing type people must surely go to one at some point and also angling mags i have no problem with small time fishing boats etc and most of them strangely enough are further out to sea but if we all got organised the goverment woul have to listen or think if every beach angler turned up in london at the time the place would be gridlocked
