Hi all happy
Had a 3 hour session on 8 metre tide,bait was black,squid and sand eels.
Been pretty quiet the last couple of weeks so didn't expect much,turned out not too bad,nabbed 6 codling,largest 1lb, and 7 whiting between 2 of us, I lost by 1 fish love struck didn't i know about it on the way home.
Will be goin rossall next week so hopefully try for somthing a tad bigger.
All fish returned live and well.

hey wyleyboy, i fish at bispam station and ive had 8 bass, no bigger than a lb, a couple of dabs and two gernards, (i didnt think that they came in so close to the shore :o :o in the last two week ends what has been coming out in your neck of the woods?? im of fishing sunday nite, there is a low high tide, 7.4 mts. about seven oclock ill start fishing. is there a estuary in fairhaven? and have you ever fished there? and if so wat tackle would i need, wat bate and methods would i use? happy

hello wyleyboy, i had a bash on sunday nite, i drew a blank, not even one bite (and didnt i know about it from my dad afterwoods love struck :cry: ) my dad mist one bite, and landed one bass (bout half a lb) :roll: the sea was a bit flat for my liking, i preffer a good bit of surf on the water wen i fish, but i give it a go anyway. happy happy

Hi I'am new 8O on here noticed you are on about the blackpool,cleveleys area.Me,my Dad and my cousen went up to cleveleys on sunday beautiful weather everything really nice.Nothing pretty much all day I had a couple of bites and finally landed one sad which ended up to be I think my dad said a rass poisones thing I think he said.Thats may have bean to get my cousens heart abit more in it so to speak.Only me and my dad cort anything we were using lug and black.We didnt have much luck.Any tips on baits maybe because my dad swears by the area he has fished for years and years use to fish twice a week and all the matches and was good.But we havent fished for ages wondering if there biting on anything different now.Thanks from karl.(sorry for my spelling I no its bad:( lol)

hi for good fishing at lytham look at these tips....
the rigs and bait you will need a 3 hooker rig with either 3/0 or 2/0 hooks and for bait black works and rag worm is you can get hold of it and the best distance to cast is between 30 and 40 meters out hope this helps.
