I can always loan you a reel for the day if needed as I have about 40 of them, I kid you not! Let me know what type of reel you normally use and I'll bring a couple of spares. Cheers keith |

Thanks Keith, the reel i have is a Shakespeare Mustang zfs-70 front drag fixed spool.
You should have been with me & Spooky on Sunday, it was like a carry on film. Im tapping my reel all the time to engage it, Spookys reel had sand in it so we took it to bits on the sea wall to clean and oil it. LOL LOL
Im still trying to move my jobs about for the week & design a bathroom for a client, so im still unsure if i can make it. I will give Frank a call at tea time & let him know. Est |

Stone me, Topfish gave me a reel with the same problem, when i took it apart and realised what the problem was, i just used a lacky band as a running repair, it works a treat, and i will be christening it next time out. its a Daiwa AS7050 which will do me a treat. Tightlines..Mick
PS, ive PMd Yorkslad to see if he can make the wall tmoz, I dont mean actually make the wall. as its already there, but to see if he wants to go. |

Hi Mick, if you are stuck for bait the west coast tackle do lug at £2.85 for 10, its in clevelys just up the coast from Gynn wall. Go along the coast road till you get to traffic lights just b4 Clevelys town centre (petrol station on left, car spares shop on right. Keep in right hand lane as you are turning right there. Cross tram tracks, and its the shop next to car spare shop. I will pm you there No, as you will have to order. Est |
