ok...get your gear ready everybody...she is now at Southend!
Now we just have to wait for some fish to return and the trips are on!
Using the time wisely and doing some running repairs etc but nothing that interferes with fishing...
Have confirmed that I am able to pick people up from the Pier, and I got that in black & white...lol...so no tide restrictions!
Going down there today to refuel her and add some deck lighting, if you are passing caome and say hello or beep as you pass |

hi dave
the boss went to a nice fella in southampton,he was well pleased with his puchase,we did have some great trips on the boss last year in the thames etuary, but took us about 2 and a half hours to get to our marks, should do it in half the time now, more fishing time.i brought the boss with a few mates but we all chip in a bit more to get a newer boat with less maintance, |

Here's my 520 Scooby II recently purchased from a marina in Cheshire and now back home in Sussex only a few miles away from where she was originally built. She was featured in this thread in 2008 owned by forum member 'Crossy' based in Lostockhall Lancashire.Crossy,if you read this or anybody else who knows this boat, it' would be nice if you could get in touch with me , either through this forum or by email at completeangler@sky.com, as I'd like to find out more about her history. |
