oh what a night...WILD sea's Strong winds and not many fish ...I just had 3 Rockling ...Thanks to everyone who turned up it was a great turnout..also thanks to Buck2003 for showing us how to pump lug ...The other guys will tell you what they caught...Frank

Yes what a night frank was right to say wild it was i caught nothing but was right next to frank and saw the massive rockling he faught to bring in the worm was bigger than the fish lol.

All in all it was a chance to fish which it what its all about and good to put a face to a forum message thanks for the meet frank it was a good idea and we should do it again.

and probaly the wildest sea
i have ever seen. still i caught 1 flounder in the 1st 15 mins then nothing,
fished till 11.30. thanks guys nice to see new faces big grin

Hi, it was a good meet, thanks to frank for inviting me along, and Buck for showing us how to use a bait pump, at least i didnt blank with it, i got a whole one. It was nice to see the guys and put faces to names. Im paying for it now as usual, ive more aches n pains than a hypochondriac. big grin

Well it was rough,

as the new guy i set up near the steps, big mistake cos when the waves hit the wall the steps made them crash even bigger. got absolutley soaked but kept smiling!
got one whiting and three rockling nothing of any size though!

great to meet some of the guys though
