| You can buy the small shrimp feather made for targeting sandeels you have to find a shallow sandy beach ( best from a boat ) and just jig them on the surface either that order some from a local tackle shop. |

i caught 50 sandeels/launce a few weeks ago on smallfeathers on size 4 hooks
using a bass rod spinning with a set of these and a dexter wedge on the end
they were only about 5 ft from the shore
unfotunately a lot of the time you will foul hook them but its good fun when you get a full house
with this set up you may even catch a bass
i lost one that looked about 5 pounds so beware
take a bucket with a lid on
cut out a small circle in the lid
and quarter fill with water
then drop the live sandeels through the hole and they shouldnt jump out
good luck
