Fished the pavement at Blue Anchor and caught my first Smoothie on Friday evening
Weighed in just shy of 9lb.
Caught with one lug tipped off with party squid on a pennel rig.
The previous night saw 3 pulled in between a couple of guys.
Thinking prehaps they've come in to spawn?

| Smooth hound are one of the few fish that give birth to live young ( between 4 & 15 ) It could be that they come inshore to pup. |
