hi
i am looking to buy a sea/boat rod for fishing mackerel and fish like that (nothing huge). i have seen some down my local tackle shop for £15 and another for £30, would these be any good or a waste of time? i also need a sea reel so if u have any advice plz let me know. i dont have a budget but i dont want top of the range or something that is cheap and nasty. i just need a road that is half decent.
cheers |

My problem is fixing the lad up with a rod and reel at a knock down price then adding postage on it when he might do better at his local tacle shop thus avoiding postage, Unless the lad wants something pricy but I believe hes on a budget |

Im talking myself out of a sale here but I have to be honest if I was in your place I would go to your local tackle shop and find out what he has in the Shakespear range. I think you will be pleasently supprised. keith |
