i havent yet caught a mullet yet and was wondering on how to do it? is there any good places around the west coast of scotland?

yeah i was fishing at the bottom of the cliff at the side of the kintyre lighthouse, arent pollock usually silvery colour? is it wierd for it to be orange :L
